Use of Amenity Land regulations

The term 'Amenity lands’ covers all the Roads, Footpaths, Grassed Areas, Trees and Shubbery within the area known as Brookscroft. The Directors of Brookscroft Management limited are responsible for maintaining these lands in a tidy and attractive manner and in a good state of repair. To this end they are entitled under the deed of covenant to make such regulations as necessary.

The Directors have determined the following regulations.

1. Parking of motor vehicles. This subject is covered by a separate regulation entitled ‘Parking Regulations’

2. No person shall dump anything on the amenity lands.

3. Without prior permission no workmen shall use any part of the amenity lands for storage of materials.

4. No vehicle shall be driven across amenity land.

5. No ball games shall be played on any part of the amenity lands.

6. No persons shall use the amenity lands in such a way as to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance to other residents.
